Need some help with cosplay
I'm going to MCM Midlands expo on the 18th of Febuary (near Manchester UK) and I'm going as human-Pinkameina in a straight jacket. Problem is I don't know what to put on the straight jacket.
"Ponyville Asylum"
"Equestria Asylum"
"Ponyville Institution"
"Equestria Institution"
Should I have it on the back? the front? Both?
Should I put the cutie mark with it? Or just put one on my hip?
I think it would be best if the asylum/institution's name was "Canterlot Asylum." This would make it seem like she isn't just housed in some two-bit mental ward in a small town like Ponyville, she's housed in a mental institution in the royal capitol of all of Equestria! I would imagine an asylum in Canterlot would be far more high security and hardcore and all that, so putting "Canterlot Asylum" on the straitjacket will accentuate the fact that Pinkamina is REALLY crazy instead of just, you know, normal crazy.
As far as where to put the name, I think it should just be on the back. That's how it's commonly done on straitjackets, isn't it? Or maybe the name of the asylum doesn't even appear on real straitjackets? I'm not sure, but I think it would look better regardless. I'm really not sure about the cutie mark, though. It would probably look fine to just have it on the hip.
These are all just suggestions, of course.

WIP Update. Thanks for the critique, AlicornCapony! I should’ve explained earlier that this was a screengrab. I’m just tracing. I’m determined to trace this really well.

You’re welcome! I didn’t realize you were tracing a screengrab, heh. This is looking really good.

Tia WIP. I need a critique now more than ever. Please. Anyone, just rip this apart, any little detail, any inconsistency, anything not sharpened to a point and anything less than perfect, let me know. Please, tear this piece to shreds.

Hmm, well, uh, I’ve never really critiqued a drawing/vector before but…her front right leg (from her perspective) seems a bit too evenly overlapped by her front left leg. That is, one so evenly overlaps the other that you can’t really see where the front right leg makes contact with the ground, which I think is why it looks off. If you were to change the pose of either of the legs ever so slightly so that you could see where the front right leg touches the ground it would probably look better. I can’t really see anything else wrong (I use that word lightly, because I don’t really know what I’m talking about) with it other than that.
